Cloudvocal Non-Transferrable Limited Warranty

Cloudvocal warranties its products to be free from defect in materials, workmanship, function or operation problems under normal use for a period of  1 year from the date of original purchase.
Please note the warranty only covers the actual product, any accessories such as adapters, cables and consumable goods (mounts, etc.) are NOT covered by the warranty.

Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction during the warranty period, Cloudvocal will replace or repair (at its discretion) the defective merchandise with equivalent merchandise at no charge.

Replace or repair products that are over 1 year warranty period will have to be taken on case by case basis.


This warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does the coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, natural disasters. Damage caused by any of the above circumstances may result in a non-warranty repair fee.

Please note, warranty only covers the product malfunction and defective. Cloudvocal is not responsible for any derivative cost such as import taxes/duties VAT etc.

However, if the 2nd or 3rd delivery attempt is attributable to the failure of the first replacement/repair attempt, the Cloudvocal will cover the import duties based on the official documents.

*If and only if the first attempt of replacement/repair was not fulfilled. Which does not include any artificial damage, stolen, or misused after receive by the recipient.

Limits of Liability

Cloudvocal will not be held liable to any party for damages that result from the failure of the products. Damages include, but are not limited to: lost profits, lost savings, damage to other devices or equipment. In no event will Cloudvocal be liable for more than the amount of the amount of the purchase price, not to exceed the retail price of the product. By using Cloudvocal product, the user accepts all terms herein.

1. Main problem in the mail subject
2. Order number, place of purchase and pruchase date
3. Full Name
4. Serial number of the product ( It should be CLV-xxx )
5. Detail description about the problem (With a photo of the defective parts or the recording of your noise / signal loss )

Solid evidence are required for us to process your service. No further actions will be taken if the information is considered incomplete.

*Battery Warranty Policy*

Since all the batteries will evetually die out depends on the time being used. For example, the battery used inside the ISOLO will still remain 80% of its capacity after 300 cycle of charge. But it is unavoidable that the battery will run out. Hence, Cloudvocal came up with the special battery warranty policy for all our customers.
