Customers who purchase from the official website or authorized dealers are entitled to the following Cloudvocal official warranty policy. To provide warranty support promptly, we will guide you to the respective warranty service window of each sales channel, where the customer service staff of the purchase channel will directly assist you.

Applicable Warranty Products

All main products are covered by the warranty policy.

Exclusions
  1.  Any accessories such as adapters, cables and consumable goods (mounts, etc.) are NOT covered by the warranty.
  2. Products such as ISOLO PURE, ISOLO RECORDING, JOINup, which have been discontinued for over 4 years and are no longer in production, are not covered by the Cloudvocal official warranty policy and cannot be provided with corresponding warranty and repair services.
  3. This warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does the coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, natural disasters. Damage caused by any of the above circumstances may result in a non-warranty repair fee.
  4. Please note, warranty only covers the product malfunction and defective. Cloudvocal is not responsible for any derivative cost such as import taxes/duties VAT etc. However, if the 2nd or 3rd delivery attempt is attributable to the failure of the first replacement/repair attempt, the Cloudvocal will cover the import duties based on the official documents.

*If and only if the first attempt of replacement/repair was not fulfilled. Which does not include any artificial damage, stolen, or misused after receive by the recipient.

Cloudvocal Official Warranty Policy

The starting point for the two-year warranty period is determined as follows the date of warranty registration or the date of order creation.

Within 14 Days Satisfaction Period

  1. Product Defects: Return/Exchange service provided, shipping costs covered by Cloudvocal.
  2. Not Meeting Expectations: Return service provided, shipping costs covered by the user (For example, if the total order amount is $330, which includes $300 for the product and $30 for shipping, and we will deduct the $30 shipping fee and only refund the $300 product amount.).

Within Two-Year Warranty Period

  1. Product Damage: Free repair service provided, shipping costs covered by the user.

Beyond Two-Year Warranty Period

  1. Product Damage: Paid repair service provided, shipping costs covered by the user.

Note: The above warranty policy applies only to users who purchase from the official website and authorized dealers. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase from the above-mentioned channels, Cloudvocal will not be able to offer any warranty services.

Cloudvocal After-Sales Service Process

Within 14 Days Satisfaction Period

1. Product Defects

  • Step 1: Contact the purchase channel customer service.
  • Step 2: Provide photos or videos of the product defect to help customer service verify the product condition.
  • Step 3: If the product defect is confirmed, customer service will provide return or repair guidance, with shipping costs covered by Cloudvocal.

2. Not Meeting Expectations

  • Step 1: Contact the purchase channel customer service.
  • Step 2: Customer service will assist with the return application and provide appropriate guidance.
  • Step 3: The customer selects the product return method and bears the shipping costs. Note: Proof of product shipment must be provided within the 14-day satisfaction period, otherwise, it will not be processed.

Within Two-Year Warranty Period Repair

  • Step 1: Contact the purchase channel customer service.
  • Step 2: Customer service reviews the repair application and confirms the warranty period.
  • Step 3: Customer service provides repair service guidance, with shipping costs covered by the user.

Beyond Two-Year Warranty Period Repair

  • Step 1: Contact the purchase channel customer service.
  • Step 2: Customer service confirms the product is out of warranty and provides a corresponding repair quotation.
  • Step 3: Upon user agreement to the quotation, customer service provides repair guidance.
  • Step 4: Upon repair completion, the user pays the repair fees and shipping costs.


Limits of Liability

Cloudvocal will not be held liable to any party for damages that result from the failure of the products. Damages include, but are not limited to: lost profits, lost savings, damage to other devices or equipment. In no event will Cloudvocal be liable for more than the amount of the amount of the purchase price, not to exceed the retail price of the product. By using Cloudvocal product, the user accepts all terms herein.
