Q1. How long until my order ships and arrives?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Estimated delivery time

For most locations, delivery takes 4–7 business days after dispatch. For more remote areas, allow up to 10–14 business days. Your tracking number lets you follow every step of the way.

Transit times are estimates and may vary with customs clearance and local carrier conditions.

Q2. Which carrier do you use, and how is shipping calculated?

All international orders ship via DHL Express with full end-to-end tracking. Shipping cost is calculated in real time by DHL at checkout based on your address and order — the exact rate is shown before you pay.

You can follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Q3. Do you ship to my country?

Very likely, yes. We ship worldwide via DHL Express to most destinations. Just enter your address at checkout to instantly see your shipping options and rate — no need to ask in advance.

Q4. Will I be charged import duties or taxes?

It depends on where you are — and you'll always know before you pay. At checkout, we make your destination's situation clear:

Duty-free regions: just check out and pay. No surprise charges, nothing extra on arrival.

Regions that require customs declaration: you'll see an optional CloudVocal Declaration Service, so you can choose the smoothest path for you:

Q5. How long is the warranty?

Every CloudVocal product comes with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What's covered

  • Manufacturing defects in the main unit
  • Electronic or functional faults arising under normal use

What's not covered

  • Damage from accident, misuse, liquid, or unauthorized modification
  • Cables and accessories (if any of these arrive faulty, they're still covered by our 14-day return & exchange)
  • Products purchased outside official CloudVocal channels
Q6. How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact us with your order number and a short description or video of the issue. Our team will help diagnose the problem and arrange a repair or replacement if it's covered.

Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Q7. What is your return policy?

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition and complete packaging, with all accessories included.

How to start

  • Contact us within 14 days with your order number and reason for return
  • We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange is processed
Return shipping: If an item arrives defective or incorrect, CloudVocal covers shipping both ways — anywhere in the world. And for customers in the United States, we cover return shipping even for change-of-mind returns. For change-of-mind returns elsewhere, simply send the item back to us and we'll take care of the rest.
Q8. When will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within two weeks. Processing time on your bank or card statement may vary.
