Terms & Conditions
- Points and store credit cannot be applied toward shipping fees.
- If a discount code was used on the original order, it will not be reinstated after a cancellation or return. For orders that used gift vouchers, spend-threshold discounts, or free-shipping promotions, discount codes will not be refunded in the event of a partial refund; final calculations are determined by CLOUDVOCAL.

Click the account icon
Go to the CLOUDVOCAL website and click the account icon in the top-right corner.
Enter your email
Enter your email address and click the arrow to continue. You'll be logged in or a new account will be created automatically.
Enter your verification code
Check your inbox for the verification code and enter it on the page. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.
Complete your profile
Once logged in, click "Profile" at the top to complete your details. Be sure to add your birthday so you can receive your birthday gift.
Visit your Member Center
Go to the Member Center to view your points balance, discount codes, and all the ways to earn rewards.
How to earn referral points by recommending friends?
Go to the CLOUDVOCAL website and click the member icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Click on the Member Center to find the Refer a Friend program.
- You can directly copy the link and your friend will successfully refer you when they join as a member through the link. Alternatively, you can directly copy the "Copy Referral Link" text to share it in your social media community.
- If your friend is already a member, you can use a referral code to become their referrer (your friend's account must be new within the last 30 days). First, click on "Member Center" in the left-hand list and find the place to enter the referrer code.
- Enter the code and your friend will receive 100 points, which can be immediately redeemed for purchases upon successful referral.
#Your friend will immediately receive 100 points and successfully link to a referrer.
When will the referrer receive referral points?
Once your friend has successfully earned referral points (linked successfully), the referrer will receive 500 referral points when they successfully make a purchase.
There is no time limit for this transaction; you can check your account history to see if the points have been credited.
# You will receive the following rewards for completing a referral:
- Your friend will receive 100 points.
- The referrer will receive 500 points.
