FAQ - EverSync SP10 Wireless Stomp Pedal
Q1. Can I use the microphone I already have?

The SP10 transmitter uses a Sennheiser-compatible 3.5mm connector and supports Mic / Line signals including high-impedance inputs. Most common microphones and instrument pickups can be used with the right adapter cable.

Official Adapter Cables

Part Code Adapter Type Compatible With
CW03A 3.5mm to 3.5mm SonoFlex microphone (2-wire mode)
CW03B 3.5mm to 3.5mm SonoFlex microphone (3-wire mode only)
CW052 3.5mm to Microdot female DPA microphones
CW06 3.5mm to 6.3mm TS 6.3mm TS instrument pickups
CW07 3.5mm to XLR Female Dynamic XLR microphones (no phantom power)
CW041B 3.5mm to TA4F Mipro microphones

Other Compatible Microphones

CW07 supports dynamic XLR microphones only. Condenser microphones that require phantom power are not supported. You may also use any Sennheiser-compatible 3.5mm adapter for other microphone types.

Not sure about your microphone? Send us the model name or a photo of the connector and we'll confirm the right cable.

Q2. How do I connect the SP10 — wired and wireless?

SP10 is a 1-to-1 system — one transmitter pairs with one receiver. It supports both wireless and wired operation. The receiver has an automatic input-priority system: when multiple inputs are connected at the same time, only the highest-priority input will be active.

Input Priority (highest to lowest)

  1. SonoFlex wired input — via dedicated CW03B cable
  2. 6.3mm wired input
  3. Wireless reception (paired with transmitter)

Receiver Connectors & How to Use Them

  • SonoFlex input (3.5mm, upper-right): Connect SonoFlex directly to the receiver using CW03B. Highest priority — disables all other inputs when connected.
  • 6.3mm wired input (right side): For direct connection to instrument pickups. Use a standard 6.3mm instrument cable.
  • Wireless: Pair the receiver with the SP10 transmitter. Ensure all wired inputs are disconnected — otherwise the priority system will override wireless audio.

Q3. What power options does the SP10 receiver support?

The SP10 receiver does not have a built-in battery. It supports two power options:

  • 9V DC power supply (center-negative)
  • USB-C 5V — portable power banks are supported

If You're Getting Noise

  • Use a well-isolated power source — an audio-grade power supply or a power bank works best
  • Noise is usually caused by power quality or grounding issues — try switching the power source before troubleshooting elsewhere
Q4. SP10 vs ISOLO vs EverSync IEM — which should I choose?

They solve different problems. Start by asking: what do you want to make wireless?

  • EverSync IEM (5.8GHz): Sends audio wirelessly to your earphones — a wireless in-ear monitoring system
  • EverSync SP10 (2.4GHz): Sends your microphone or pickup signal wirelessly to a speaker or mixer — a wireless performance system
  • ISOLO: Best for solo performers who want direct, on-board control over tone, volume, and mixing
  • SP10: Best for users who want to go wireless with an existing microphone or pickup, using an external mixing system

Q5. How do I adjust FX Blend — and why can't I do it on the receiver?

FX Blend is adjusted in different places depending on whether you're using the SP10 wirelessly or wired:

  • Wireless mode: Adjust FX Blend on the transmitter — the receiver has no effect
  • Wired mode: Adjust FX Blend on the receiver — the transmitter has no effect
Q6. What should I do if the receiver and transmitter fail to pair?

Factory reset both units, then re-pair them.

Receiver Factory Reset

  1. Press and hold Audio and Radio simultaneously for about 5 seconds
  2. The reset is complete when a confirmation message appears on screen

Transmitter Factory Reset

  1. Keep the transmitter powered on
  2. Press and hold PAIR and MUTE simultaneously for about 3 seconds
  3. The LED will indicate reset status — once complete, re-pair both units
Pairing is successful when the receiver screen shows the transmitter connection status and the LED on the transmitter stops flashing.
Q7. How do I switch instruments — or use wired mode as a backup?

SP10 is a 1-to-1 system — one receiver pairs with one transmitter only. Up to 8 SP10 systems can operate simultaneously in the same space, but each is independent.

Switching Instruments Mid-Performance

  1. Mute the transmitter first to avoid pop noise
  2. Swap to the appropriate adapter cable for the next instrument
  3. Unmute the transmitter and continue playing

Using Wired Mode as a Backup

If the transmitter runs out of battery, switch to wired without stopping the performance:

  • Use a standard 6.3mm instrument cable — connect the pickup output directly to the receiver's 6.3mm input
  • To connect SonoFlex directly to the receiver, use CW03B (not CW03A — it has a locking ring that cannot fit the receiver's jack)
  • Do not use CW06 in reverse — it is designed for the transmitter side only and may cause signal instability
