Q1. What should I do if my in-ear monitoring keeps cutting out?
Wireless channels work like roads—when too many devices share the same frequency, interference or dropouts may occur.
Please try the following steps:
-
Change the wireless channel
The ES-10T provides four channels (A / B / C / D). Switch channels to find one with less interference. -
Avoid interference sources
EverSync operates in the 5.8 GHz band. Avoid placing the system near Wi-Fi routers or other 5.8 GHz wireless devices.
Q2. What is the AUX IN on the ES-10R receiver used for?
The 3.5 mm TRS AUX IN on the ES-10R allows you to add a third audio source directly into your headphones.
Notes:
-
Volume must be adjusted on the playback device
-
Audio from AUX IN is not sent to speakers
-
Audio from AUX IN is not recorded via USB Audio
Typical use cases:
-
Personal click track
-
Reference tracks from a mobile phone
Q3. Why is the volume very low when using a dynamic microphone with EverSync?
EverSync IEM does not include a built-in microphone preamp.
Dynamic microphones produce low-level signals and require pre-amplification.
Correct signal flow:
-
Microphone → Preamp or mixer
-
Send a line-level signal into EverSync
Q4. How can I troubleshoot noise during use?
Noise is usually related to power or cabling. Please check the following:
-
Power source (ground noise)
-
Avoid powering multiple devices from the same power bank or extension
-
Try a different power source to prevent ground loops
-
-
Cables
-
Check for oxidation, damage, or poor shielding
-
Test with alternative cables
-
-
XLR Ground Lift
-
When using XLR input on the ES-10T
-
Try enabling the Ground Lift switch
-
Q5. How do I power the ES-10T, and what do the indicator lights mean?
Power options (choose one):
-
9V DC power supply
-
USB Type-C power
When powered successfully, the display will show the CloudVocal startup animation.
Indicator lights:
-
Red: Mute mode ON
-
Blue: Mute mode OFF
-
Blue flashing: Pairing mode
Additional notes:
-
9V DC power provides better dynamic range
-
USB power offers higher convenience with slightly reduced dynamics
-
Choose based on your usage needs
Q6. Why does Input 2 have two input jacks, and how should I use them?
Input 2 provides two connectors:
-
6.3 mm TS
-
3.5 mm TRS
Usage:
-
Either input can be used independently
-
Both inputs can be used at the same time (signals are summed)
Note:
When using both inputs simultaneously, lower the 3.5 mm input level to avoid overload and distortion.
Q7. How do I adjust the monitoring balance?
The ES-10T supports two simultaneous audio inputs.
How to adjust:
-
Enter the Audio menu
-
Set the monitoring level and balance between the two inputs
Note:
-
These adjustments affect headphone monitoring only
-
Wired output levels and balance are not changed
Q8. Why do I hear distortion in my headphones?
The most common cause is input signal overload.
How to identify:
-
The level meter shows clipping, rough edges, or stays fully to the right
Solution:
-
Enter the Audio menu
-
Reduce the level of the corresponding input
-
Avoid keeping the meter at maximum for extended periods
Q9. How do I pair the ES-10T with ES-10R, and how do I add more receivers?
Pairing steps:
-
Power on the ES-10T and wait for startup to complete
-
Power on the ES-10R by holding the power button until the main LED flashes
-
Enter the Radio menu on the ES-10T
-
Activate pairing mode (PAIRING screen, blue LED flashing rapidly)
-
Place the ES-10R close to the transmitter and press the pairing button
-
When the receiver LED stays solid, pairing is complete
Notes:
-
Factory sets are pre-paired before shipping
-
When pairing mode is reactivated, previously paired receivers will reconnect automatically
Q10. How do I use the ES-10R USB Audio recording function?
